Concealed Cabinet Hinges - A Rough Guide
Concealed hinges come in many versions but only two sizes, these are 26mm and 35mm.

The weight of the door is taken by the 26/35mm cup then held imposition by screws or 8mm dowels.
Concealed hinge 100 degree with zero crank
- Availible in 26mm and 35mm diameter
- This is the most commonly used of all the concealed hinges
- Usually supplied with a standard (size zero) plate
- A single door would usually be 4mm narrower than the carcass

- 8mm Cranked hinges are used when you need to hang a door either side of a 18mm or wider centre post
Concealed hinge 100 degree with 15mm crank
- This is the hinge you use if you want your door to fit in the gap of your unit/frame
- Doors needs to be 4mm narrower than the gap
Hinge plates come in a variety of sizes with "size zero" being the most common.
As a rule, all hinges are supplied with hinge plates.
2mm hinge plates are useful for packing out for 15mm thick carcasses.
